Patient Complaints

If in the event that a complaint is made, the complainant will be asked to put the complaint in writing addressed to the CEO at the Victor Medical Centre, 65 Ocean Street, Victor Harbor, 5211. This will be investigated and the complainant will receive an immediate response.
